Granting Access

When you connect your Pinterest account to Pin Generator, you authorize us to:

• Access your Pinterest profile and boards
• Create, edit, and schedule pins on your behalf
• Manage pin descriptions, images, and metadata
• Retrieve analytics and performance data

Authentication Process

You will be directed through Pinterest's official authentication system to grant Pin Generator the necessary permissions. This ensures secure access through Pinterest's approved API protocols.

Scope of Use

We will only use your Pinterest account access for purposes directly related to:

• Pin creation and scheduling services
• Board management and organization
• Performance tracking and analytics
• Service improvements and feature development

We will never use your account for unauthorized activities or share your access credentials with third parties.

Revoking Access

You may revoke Pin Generator's access to your Pinterest account at any time through your Pinterest account settings or by contacting us directly.

Your Content Responsibilities

When using Pin Generator to create and manage Pinterest content, you:

• Must own or have proper authorization for all content you upload
• Are solely responsible for ensuring content complies with Pinterest's policies and applicable laws
• Must not upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or other legal protections
• Warrant that your content does not contain malicious code, viruses, or harmful elements

License Grant

By uploading content to Pin Generator:

• You retain full ownership of your original content
• You grant Pin Generator a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to process, display, and distribute your content through Pinterest as part of our services
• This license is necessary for us to perform the services you've requested
• The license terminates when you delete content from our platform, subject to reasonable backup retention periods

Prohibited Content

You may not use Pin Generator to create or distribute content that:

• Violates any laws or regulations
• Infringes on third-party rights
• Contains hate speech, harassment, or threatening material
• Promotes illegal activities or dangerous behavior
• Includes spam, misleading information, or deceptive practices

Pin Generator's Property

All elements of the Pin Generator platform are protected by intellectual property laws, including:

• Website design, structure, and user interface
• Software, code, and technical infrastructure
• Logos, trademarks, and brand elements
• Proprietary algorithms and features
• Documentation and help materials

Usage Restrictions

Unless expressly permitted by these Terms or by written authorization, you may not:

• Copy, reproduce, or duplicate any portion of Pin Generator
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Remove or alter copyright notices or proprietary marks
• Sell, license, or commercially exploit Pin Generator materials
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from our platform

Subscription Billing

Pin Generator offers premium services through auto-renewing subscriptions. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) according to the terms of your chosen plan. You are responsible for ensuring your payment information remains current and accurate.

Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You will retain access to your premium features until the end of this cycle, after which your account will revert to the free tier (if applicable).

Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our service and the immediate allocation of server resources (such as AI generation and automated scheduling), all payments are strictly non-refundable unless required by law.

• We do not offer prorated refunds for partial billing periods.
• We do not issue refunds for unused credits, forgotten subscriptions, or lack of use.
• If you believe you have been billed in error, you must contact our support team within 7 days of the charge.

Chargebacks and Disputes

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting our support team first constitutes a violation of these Terms. We reserve the right to immediately suspend or permanently terminate your account and dispute the chargeback with your payment institution using evidence of your service usage.
